Terms of Service
The rules for creating an account and using Sofy.app for school transport records.
Effective: 11 August 20261. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Sofy.app, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to operate the relevant transport or school account and provide accurate registration information.
खाता बनाकर या Sofy.app का उपयोग करके आप इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं। आपको संबंधित ट्रांसपोर्ट या स्कूल खाते को चलाने का अधिकार होना चाहिए और सही जानकारी देनी चाहिए।
2. What the service does
Sofy.app helps operators and schools maintain student, parent, batch, vehicle, fee, reminder, receipt and payment-QR records. Features may be improved or changed as the service develops.
Sofy.app विद्यार्थी, अभिभावक, बैच, गाड़ी, फीस, रिमाइंडर, रसीद और पेमेंट QR रिकॉर्ड संभालने में मदद करती है।
3. Accounts and access
Account owners are responsible for passwords, authorised team users and activity under their account. Notify us through the available support channel if you believe access has been compromised.
खाता मालिक पासवर्ड, अधिकृत टीम यूज़र और खाते की गतिविधि के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically on the selected monthly or yearly cycle after payment authorisation. Prices, student limits and trial periods shown at checkout apply. You can stop future renewal from the Plan page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle. A failed or revoked payment mandate may place access in a limited grace period or suspend it. Payment activation and renewal depend on confirmation from Razorpay, whose terms also apply to its payment service.
भुगतान की अनुमति देने के बाद पेड प्लान चुनी गई मासिक या वार्षिक अवधि पर अपने आप नवीनीकृत होगा। प्लान पेज से भविष्य का नवीनीकरण रोका जा सकता है और रद्दीकरण चालू भुगतान अवधि के अंत में लागू होगा। भुगतान असफल होने पर सीमित ग्रेस अवधि के बाद पहुँच रोकी जा सकती है।
5. Your records and permissions
You confirm that you have authority to enter student and parent details and to contact recipients. You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawful use and correction of the records entered by your team.
आप पुष्टि करते हैं कि विद्यार्थी और अभिभावक की जानकारी दर्ज करने तथा संदेश भेजने की आपको अनुमति है।
6. WhatsApp and external services
Sofy.app prepares messages, cards and recipient links, but messages are sent by the user through their own WhatsApp. WhatsApp, payment providers and hosting services have their own terms and availability.
Sofy.app संदेश और कार्ड तैयार करती है, लेकिन संदेश यूज़र अपने व्हाट्सऐप से भेजता है। बाहरी सेवाओं की अपनी शर्तें होती हैं।
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, access another account, upload malicious material, interfere with security, send unlawful or unwanted messages, or use student data for unrelated purposes.
सेवा का दुरुपयोग, दूसरे खाते में प्रवेश, हानिकारक सामग्री, अनचाहे संदेश या विद्यार्थी की जानकारी का असंबंधित उपयोग प्रतिबंधित है।
8. Availability and account action
We work to keep Sofy.app available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Access may be limited to protect security, perform maintenance, enforce these Terms or comply with law.
सेवा हमेशा बिना रुकावट उपलब्ध रहने की गारंटी नहीं है। सुरक्षा, रखरखाव या कानूनी कारण से पहुँच सीमित हो सकती है।
9. Disclaimers and liability
Sofy.app is a record-management tool and not a bank, transport authority or guaranteed delivery service. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss caused by the service and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
Sofy.app रिकॉर्ड संभालने का साधन है; यह बैंक या ट्रांसपोर्ट प्राधिकरण नहीं है। कानूनी सीमा तक अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान की जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
10. Changes and questions
We may update these Terms when the service, law or business model changes. The effective date above will be revised. For questions, use the support or contact details provided with your Sofy.app service account.
सेवा या कानून बदलने पर ये शर्तें अपडेट हो सकती हैं। प्रश्न के लिए अपने Sofy.app सेवा खाते में दिए गए सहायता संपर्क का उपयोग करें।
