Why Sofy.app exists
Many auto, van and bus operators manage recurring fees with paper registers, spreadsheets and separate WhatsApp chats. Sofy.app brings the daily workflow into one account so the current pending list and the payment record stay connected.
What the product does
Owners can organise students into batches, assign vehicles and team users, configure fee months, record one or several months of payment, create receipt cards and prepare parent reminders. Drivers can work from compact mobile screens with role-based access.
What the product does not claim to be
Sofy.app is not a GPS tracking service, a bank, an automatic WhatsApp messaging provider or a complete academic school ERP. WhatsApp messages are reviewed and sent by the user from their own account. Payment confirmation and record accuracy remain important operator responsibilities.
How the guides are written
Our guides document the practical workflows the product is designed to support. They aim to help operators organise real work, whether or not they choose Sofy.app. Content is reviewed against current product behaviour and updated when those workflows materially change.
