2. Information collected

• Owner and team-user names, usernames, email addresses and phone numbers.
• Student, parent, school, batch, route, vehicle and fee details entered by account users.
• Payment records, subscription identifiers and status, receipt details, reminder status and uploaded payment QR images. Sofy.app does not store complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials used at Razorpay checkout.
• Security and technical data such as sign-in attempts, session identifiers and server logs.

खाता, विद्यार्थी, अभिभावक, स्कूल, बैच, गाड़ी, फीस, सदस्यता स्थिति, रसीद, रिमाइंडर, QR और सुरक्षा संबंधी जानकारी रखी जा सकती है। Razorpay चेकआउट में उपयोग किए गए पूरे कार्ड, बैंक खाते या UPI विवरण Sofy.app में सेव नहीं होते।

3. ID card OCR

When a user chooses a student ID image, supported OCR runs in the browser to read printed text and fill the form. The extracted fields are saved only when the user submits the student form. Users should review OCR results before saving.

आईडी फोटो चुनने पर उपलब्ध OCR ब्राउज़र में टेक्स्ट पढ़कर फॉर्म भरता है। यूज़र के फॉर्म जमा करने पर ही निकाली गई जानकारी सेव होती है।

4. How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, organise transport operations, calculate and record fees, create cards and receipts, prepare reminders, support subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and improve service reliability.

जानकारी का उपयोग खाता चलाने, ट्रांसपोर्ट रिकॉर्ड, फीस, कार्ड, रसीद, रिमाइंडर, सुरक्षा और सेवा सुधार के लिए होता है।

5. WhatsApp sharing

When a user chooses to share, Sofy.app prepares the relevant recipient number and content for WhatsApp. The user reviews and sends it from their own WhatsApp account. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms.

शेयर चुनने पर Sofy.app सही नंबर और सामग्री तैयार करती है। यूज़र अपने व्हाट्सऐप से देखकर संदेश भेजता है।

6. Service providers and disclosure

Necessary information may be processed by hosting, email, payment and security providers used to operate Sofy.app. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a lawful business transfer. Personal information is not sold.

होस्टिंग, ईमेल, भुगतान और सुरक्षा प्रदाता जरूरी जानकारी संभाल सकते हैं। व्यक्तिगत जानकारी बेची नहीं जाती।

7. Storage, retention and deletion

Records are retained while needed for the account, legal duties, payment evidence, security and dispute resolution. Account owners can correct operational records and may request account deletion, subject to records that must be retained by law or for legitimate claims.

रिकॉर्ड खाता, कानूनी जरूरत, भुगतान प्रमाण, सुरक्षा और विवाद के लिए आवश्यक अवधि तक रखे जाते हैं।

8. Security

Administrative, technical and access controls are used to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Account owners should use strong unique passwords, restrict team access and keep devices secure.

जानकारी की सुरक्षा के लिए तकनीकी और पहुँच नियंत्रण उपयोग किए जाते हैं, लेकिन इंटरनेट पर पूर्ण सुरक्षा की गारंटी नहीं दी जा सकती।

9. Choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction or deletion and may object to certain processing. Identity and authority may need to be verified. Parent requests about a student record should normally be directed to the operator or school controlling that record.

लागू कानून के अनुसार जानकारी देखने, सुधारने या हटाने का अनुरोध किया जा सकता है। पहचान और अधिकार की पुष्टि आवश्यक हो सकती है।
